The ATTINY861V-10MU is a versatile and compact 8-bit AVR® microcontroller by Microchip, ideal for embedded and low-power applications. Equipped with 8 KB of ISP Flash memory, 512 B EEPROM, and 512 B SRAM, this MCU offers efficient performance at up to 10 MHz, operating from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. It features 16 general-purpose I/O lines, an 11-channel 10-bit ADC, multiple communication interfaces (SPI, TWI/I²C, USI), double timers, and support for debugWIRE. Built for industrial-grade reliability, it runs from −40 °C to +85 °C and comes in a compact 32-pad VQFN (MLF-32) package.
